sleep enough, still carrying yesterday, trying to prove something today. thats it, thats the whole check. takes like 20 seconds before i even open the platform three weeks in and its embarrassing how often at least one of those was a yes right before a session went bad. not always, but way more than id like to admit nothing about my strategy changed btw. same setups same stops same everything. only thing different is i stopped ignoring what state i was in before clicking anything could just be me finding patterns that arent there, ill be the first to admit that. anyone else do something like t
