Apex Trader Funding Updates Consistency Rule on Performance Accounts

· Apex Trader Funding

Apex Trader Funding published an updated help-center article this week clarifying how its consistency rule applies to Performance Accounts. Under the clarified policy, a single trading day may not account for more than 30% of total profits at the moment a trader submits their first payout request; the metric is no longer applied on a rolling basis after funding. The firm said the change is intended to reduce confusion among traders who were unsure whether a high-profit day would permanently lock their account. Apex emphasized the underlying rule itself is unchanged and existing accounts are unaffected.
