Apex Trader Funding Users Report KYC Verification Issues

Hey guys, I did my KYC this morning on APEX, my documents were legit, I tried uploading my DL first and then it said please upload a clear image despite it being clear, it failed me two times. Then I tried with national ID card, it said thank you for the submission and when I checked my dashboard, it says your identity verification is declined. Has anyone faced an issue like this with Apex funding? If yes, did they approve it?
