Alpha Futures Adds Micro Crude Oil and Micro Gold to All Funded Account Tiers
Alpha Futures announced on May 21, 2026 that traders on all funded account sizes — $25K through $250K — can now trade Micro Crude Oil (MCL) and Micro Gold (MGC) alongside the existing equity-index and FX micros. The firm said the addition is in response to community demand following the recent commodity-volatility regime, and there is no additional surcharge or commission uplift versus existing micro-equity contracts. Position-size limits scale with the account tier as before. Alpha Futures noted that full-sized CL and GC remain restricted to its 'Pro' tier and above due to overnight margin requirements.
