The5ers Tightens Consistency Rule — Single-Day Profit Now Capped at 35% of Total

· The5ers

The5ers announced a tightened consistency rule taking effect immediately on May 18, 2026. Under the new policy, no single trading day may represent more than 35% of a trader's cumulative profit on the account, reduced from the previous 50% threshold. The firm said the change is intended to discourage one-shot lottery-style trades and reward consistent, repeatable performance. Existing funded traders are grandfathered until their next payout cycle, after which the new rule applies. The5ers also clarified that the rule is evaluated at payout request, not in real time, giving traders flexibility to recover balance through additional trading days before requesting a withdrawal.
